Unclear Pheu Thai party's policy to create rice hoarding.

The outgoing prime minister has expressed his opinion that the new government's plan to buy rice from farmers is creating a problem, as there has been rice hoarding since the policy was announced.
Outgoing Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva expressed his opinion concerning the new government's plan to buy rice from farmers, saying it's only creating a problem, as rice hoarding has been discovered since the policy was announced.
He urged the Pheu Thai Party to take responsibility by clearly announcing all their policies to prevent rice hoarding and price speculation.
He added that hoarding rice does not benefit any group.
Meanwhile, the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives or BAAC said the government's policy to buy rice from farmers could create a problem as rice farmers still have unpaid debt of more than 150 billion baht.
Abhisit urged the BAAC to inform the new government of the pros and cons of their policies, and he believes the BAAC will act in accordance with the new government's decision.
He added that he believes the plan to buy rice from farmers is not the best policy for the country.
